Camera: set up and orient your shot

Choose a viewing angle and adjust it freely in your scene.

Written by Sunil Vyas

The camera defines the viewing angle of your scene. It stays still during the render: to put it in motion, see our article on animated cameras.

💡 To move around the scene without changing the camera angle, use the work view.

⚠️ Camera settings are not available in scenes created via ProductDrop / AI.

Choosing a camera

  1. In the left-hand menu, open the Cameras tab.

  2. Choose a category: Default or Presets. (click See all to display them all)

  3. Hover over a camera to preview it.

  4. Click it to apply it.

💡 Depending on the template you choose, some camera presets may not suit the scene. In that case, move and orient the camera manually.

Moving the camera with your mouse

  1. Pivot around the scene: hold down the right mouse button and move your mouse.

  2. Zoom in / out: use the mouse wheel, or slide two fingers up or down on the trackpad.

  3. Sideways movement: click the icon above the scene, then move your mouse from left to right.

  4. Vertical movement: click the icon to the right of the scene, then move your mouse up and down.
