It is indeed possible that some bugs may occur while using the Omi platform, although they are rare. Below, you will find the steps to follow if you face a bug.

Additionally, some issues you might experience are actually “false bugs.” This means they may appear to be bugs, but they are not truly bugs. In this article, we will explain the steps to follow if you encounter one of these bugs.

Step 1: Report an incident through Omi chat

Experiencing an issue on Omi outside of the studio ? Easily report it via chat, available across the site no matter what task you're performing on Omi.

Here's the procedure to follow :

  1. Click on the chat bubble

  2. Start a chat conversation

  3. Choose the "I have a problem" option

  4. Choose the "Report a bug" option

  5. Click on the "Report a bug here" button

When you encounter an incident in the Omi studio, you have the option of reporting it directly via the studio.

Here's the procedure to follow :

  1. Click on the "Report a bug" button in the top right-hand corner of the studio.

  2. Click on the "Bug Report here" button
