How do I report a bug on Omi?

When you encounter an incident on Omi, there are two ways to report it:

Step 1: Report an incident through Omi chat

When you encounter an incident on Omi, outside the studio. You can reproduce this procedure anywhere on the Omi site, in your Omi account and on all its tabs.

Here's how it works:

  1. Click on the chat bubble

  2. Start a chat conversation

  3. Choose the "I have a problem" option
    ​

  4. Choose the "Report a bug" option
    ​

  5. Click on the "Report a bug here" button
    ​

  6. Fill in the ticket below ↓
    ​

  7. Confirm your bug ticket by clicking here ↓

⚠️ The more information and details you add, the faster your incident will be processed by the Omi team.

Step 2: Report an incident through the Omi studio button

When you encounter an incident in the Omi studio, you have the option of reporting it directly via the studio.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Click on the "Report a bug" button in the top right-hand corner of the studio.
    ​

  2. Click on the "Bug Report here" button
    ​

  3. Fill in the bug ticket ↓
    ​

  4. Confirm your bug ticket by clicking here ↓
