This article lists the most common false bugs on Omi and provides solutions to help you resolve your issue.

While bugs can occasionally occur when using the Omi platform, they are rare. If you encounter an issue, follow the steps below before reporting it as a bug.

Some issues you might experience are actually “false bugs.” This means they may appear to be bugs, but are not actually bugs. Below, you’ll find the steps to follow for each situation.

The most common false bugs on Omi

“I can’t use the Omi studio”

  1. Make sure that WebGL is enabled on your computer. Here is the link to the WebGL website.


2. Check that no Google extensions are enabled.


3. Make sure you are using a compatible browser. We recommend using Google Chrome.


4. Your browser may be out of date. Make sure it is updated to use the Studio.


“Omi isn’t working, the app just keeps loading…”

Use a device compatible with the Omi application. We recommend using a laptop with a minimum screen size of 13 inches.


“I can’t generate renders”

Make sure your invoices are paid in order to generate renders. If not, please pay them and your account will be unlocked.

Here’s how to find your invoices on your Omi account.


“My Digital Twins are blurry”

  • Make sure your Digital Twins are not too small in the scene.

  • Make your Digital Twins larger and closer to the camera.

  • Generate your render at a resolution higher than 2K.

  • Use the Edit feature with the Sharpness setting.


“I can’t see my product”

If you don’t see your Digital Twin in the Digital Twin tab of your scene, or if it doesn’t appear in your scene when you click on it, please follow the steps outlined here 👈


“I can’t access my Omi account”

  • Check your login email address. You might be using the wrong email address.

  • Verify that you have confirmed your Omi email address.
