Before discovering all the download options on Omi, here's an article to help you create your first render.

Here are the steps to download your renders in your Omi space:

  1. Go to the "Renders" tab

  2. Click on the cloud with an arrow icon of the rendering you wish to download.

  3. Click on the download format you want.

The different download options

  • WEBP: high, medium or low resolution

For your information, WebP is a format offering superior lossless and lossy compression for images on the web. Thanks to WebP, images are lighter and richer, for fast web pages.

  • JPEG: high, medium or low resolution

The compactness of this format means that files can be opened quickly in most browsers and applications (including mobile ones) without any massive loss of quality.

  • PNG: high, medium or low resolution

The compactness of this format speeds up the opening of files in most browsers (including mobile) without any massive loss of quality. Designers often use the PNG format for logos because it supports transparent backgrounds. This means they can overlay different backgrounds with logos that look very natural.

  • Custom: This option allows you to precisely adjust the dimensions of your render at download time. You can:

    • set custom dimensions (equal to or smaller than the original render size)

    • choose the desired output format (PNG, JPG, or WEBP).

The render will always be downloaded in the highest available quality.

Download quality: High, Medium, or Low

Regardless of the selected format, you can choose the quality level of your render based on your needs. This only affects the image compression and file size, not its dimensions:

  • High: Best possible quality, highly detailed render with a larger file size.

  • Medium: A good balance between visual quality and file size.

  • Low: Smaller and faster to load, but with more noticeable loss of detail.

💡 Omi Tips 💡

You can also select multiple renders at once to download or delete them in bulk.

If you choose to download them, a link will be sent to your email with a ZIP file containing all the selected renders.

Search and filter your renders

From your render list, you can apply filters to refine the view and find your visuals more easily.

1. Search by name

Use the search bar located at the top of the list to find a render directly by typing its name.

2. Filter renders

You can refine the displayed results based on several criteria:

  • Type: Select the media format (Photo, Video, Print).

  • Created before: Filter by creation date (3 days ago, 7 days ago, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year ago).

  • Product: Display only renders containing the selected product(s).

  • Status: Choose to display Active or Archived renders (deleted renders).

3. Sort renders

You can also organize the display order of the list:

  • Last updated

  • First updated

  • Newest first

  • Oldest first

  • A to Z (Alphabetical order)

  • Z to A
