Order your first Digital Twin
A Digital Twin is the accurate, reusable representation of a specific product or SKU.
It preserves the product details that must remain consistent across every visual, including its shape, proportions, artwork, colors, materials and finishes. Once approved, it becomes the trusted product source for your Omi workflows.
1. Add your product
Go to:
Digital Twins → Add Digital Twin → Create
Enter the product name and SKU. Use a clear naming convention that identifies the exact product, variant and market.
2. Send the required product inputs
Provide:
.AI or .PDF files for all labels and graphics

The physical product, sent to the address displayed after submitting your request
When the physical product cannot be sent, follow the alternative reference process.
3. Submit your request
Add any instructions about the required product state, such as open, closed, folded or with a component in a specific position.
Omi can begin creating the Digital Twin once all required product information has been received.
4. Review and approve it
When the first version is ready, open:
Digital Twins → Orders
Review the product’s:
Shape and proportions
Artwork and visible text
Colors
Materials and finishes
Approve it when it accurately represents the product, or request changes directly from the review page. Learn more
After approval
Your Digital Twin becomes available throughout your Omi workspace.
You can reuse the same approved product source to generate packshots, campaign visuals, videos, product ranges and AI-assisted content.
Create and approve the product once. Reuse it across every content workflow.
