When the product shape stays the same but its label or graphics change, update the existing Digital Twin instead of creating it again.
Go to:
Digital Twins → Add Digital Twin → Edit
Then:
Select the Digital Twin.
Describe the artwork change.
Upload the new artwork.
Review the request.
Add it to your basket and submit.
Artwork updates typically take around one week.
The service currently costs €100 excl. VAT per modification, unless your license includes Unlimited Artwork.
Use an artwork update for changes such as:
New label
Updated claims or text
New language
Graphic redesign
Limited edition artwork
If the physical shape or structure of the product changes, create a new Digital Twin instead.
