In the Omi studio, you can add post-processing effects to your lights, creating creative renders without loss of quality. These effects, derived from Omi’s 3D engine, offer subtle or pronounced changes while preserving the accuracy of your product in the scene.

When you are in the Omi studio:

  1. Go to the “Lights” section at the top left of the studio.

  2. In the right panel, in the light settings, click on “Effects.”

You can then choose the effect you want to apply to your scene.

Without effect

Example of a render without effects

Vignetage

Creates a vignette effect, darkening the edges of the image to focus attention on the center of the scene.

Grain

Recreates a film grain effect, giving a textured and retro look to the image.

Dark shadows

Reduces vibrance in the darkest areas of the scene.

Equalization

Slightly adjusts the contrast and saturation to balance the different light areas.

Highlight

Brightens light areas and increases color saturation, giving a more vibrant effect.

Very high contrast and dark shadows

Increases the image contrast, enhancing the differences between light and dark areas.

High contrast

Combines increased contrast and enhanced dark areas for a more pronounced effect.

Bloom

Creates a “bloom” light effect on reflections and illuminated assets in the scene.

Sparkles

Adds a “sparkles” effect on reflections and lit objects for a sparkling render.

Black and white

Creates a black-and-white effect, giving a classic and timeless look to your scene.
