Once your product has been modeled by our 3D artists, you will receive visuals of the model from different angles to review. You can then choose to validate the model or request changes if something doesn't meet your expectations.

Access the Review page
Once you’re logged into your Omi workspace, from the left-hand menu:

Products.Select
Ordersat the top right of the screen.In the "Review" column, click on the model you want to check.
Several visuals are presented from different angles and lighting setups. The product is identical in each render, only the camera angle and lighting change:
Render 1: Front view, Diffuse light
Render 2: Front view, Daylight
Render 3: Front view, Default light
Render 4: Rear view, Default light
Render 5: Left side view, Diffuse light
Render 6: Right side view, Diffuse light
Render 7: Top view, Diffuse light
All renderings are shown on a white background.

Validating your model
Select the version you wish to validate.
Confirm the version you want by clicking ‘
Accept’.
Your 3D model will then be available in your Omi workspace within 5 to 10 minutes.
Once validated, it is possible to modify the label at an additional cost. However, any other modification will require a new order.
Decline and requesting changes
If the model doesn't fully meet your expectations, you can send feedback and request a new version.
Select the version of your product.
Click
Decline.
You will be redirected to a feedback page divided into 3 sections:
Shape
Texture
Color
For each section, you can:
Leave general feedback
Leave feedback on specific areas by clicking directly on the visuals
💡 You can scroll through the images to leave feedback from different angles (for example, the back of your product). Once your feedback for a section is complete, click Continue to move on to the next one.
Collaborative review
Comment bubbles are automatically saved as long as the model hasn't been declined. This means multiple members of your organization can leave their own feedback on the same model at any time, without having to submit the review immediately. An organization admin can also delete individual bubbles if needed.
This allows your team to gather all feedback before making a final decision.
Adding files and finalizing your feedback
The summary page lets you review all your comments before sending them. You can also upload additional files (images, labels, or any element that could help improve the model).
When everything looks good, click Decline version.
💡 The more precise your feedback, the more likely the next version will match your expectations, allowing you to start using your model sooner.
⚠️ Important:
You are entitled to two revisions per model. We advise you to be as precise as possible in each feedback.
Each validation is final.
Each additional version beyond the included revisions will be invoiced at $150 (excl. VAT).
