When onboarding several products, create one Digital Twin request for each product, variant or required product state.
Start with your first request, then click Add another product and repeat the process until the range is complete.
Use a consistent naming convention
We recommend:
Range — Product — Variant/Format
For example:
Hydra — Serum — 30ml US
This makes products easier to identify as your catalog grows.
Masters and Variants
When several products share the same shape, identify the Master and its related Variants.
Master: the reference product
Variant: the same product structure with differences such as artwork or color
Omi creates and approves the Master first, then uses it as the basis for its Variants. Each Master and Variant still counts separately under your license. Learn more about how your Digital Twins are counted.
Once submitted, the request cannot be edited retroactively, so review the range before confirming it.
