For photorealistic modeling, Omi’s 3D artists create bespoke Digital Twins for each product. The average modeling time is two weeks. Here’s an overview of the modeling process.

Step 1: Order your Digital Twin
The order is placed directly in the Omi app, Digital Twins section.

You will need to send us 🧾️ .AI or .PDF files of all the labels and graphics on the product.

Step 2: Sending your physical product
The 3D artist uses advanced tools to capture every surface of the physical product and enhance the Digital Twin with textures and reflections that cannot be reproduced from photos alone.
Once the order has been placed (Step 1), the postal address appears so you can send us the physical product. We receive and store products at our Paris or UK offices.
If you can't send your product, here's how to proceed.
Once your products have been modeled, you have two options:
Pick them up at our office by appointment only.
Send a prepaid return shipping label (e.g. UPS, DHL, Chronopost) via chat or email to your Account Manager.
⚠️ If your order has been modeled for more than two months, we may have removed your physical products from storage.
Step 3: Your Digital Twin is ready!
Once the Digital Twin has been finalized by our artists, the approval process takes place directly in the app, under Digital Twins > Orders.
The Digital Twin can be viewed from several different angles. Two rounds of revisions are included for feedback and modification requests. If you require an additional version beyond the revisions included in your order, an additional fee will be charged.
Step 4: Validate your Digital Twin
Click the validation button to approve your Digital Twin.
The Digital Twin will then be made available in your Omi space.
