On Omi, every visual is linked to a project, which works like a folder. Each scene you create will be attached to an existing project, or to a new one that you create.
You can organize your projects however you like: by team, product line, use case… You can also create sub-projects to structure your workflow in greater detail.
The Projects Page
Accessible from the left-hand menu in your Omi workspace, the Projects page lets you browse, filter, and organize all your projects.
How to create a project?
Click
New Project(top right)Name your project
Select a parent project to make it a sub-project (Optional)
Choose its visibility:
Private: visible only to you
Public: visible to all members of your organization
Click
Save
Manage your projects
From this page, you can:
Sort projects: by name, creation date, or last update
Filter by status: Active or Archived
Filter by visibility: All, Public, or Private
Search by project name using the search bar
Click the three dots (⋯) to the right of a project to:
Rename it
Move it to another project (like a folder)
Add or remove it from bookmarks (for quick access from the sidebar)
Archive it
Project Structure
When you open a project, you’ll see its content organized across three tabs:
1. Scenes
This tab lists all the scenes associated with this project (and its sub-projects).
To create a new scene, click New Scene (top right).
For each scene (⋯ menu on the right), you can:
Rename
Move to another project
Duplicate
Save as a template
Archive
Available filters:
Search
Sort
Status: Active / Archived
2. Renders
This tab shows all renders created from scenes in this project or its sub-projects.
Features:
Click the cloud icon to download the render (choose format)
Use the ⋯ menu to:
Rename
Move to another project
Edit (post-production)
Generate a QR code for mobile download
Available filters:
Search bar
Sort
Render type: Photo / Video / Print
Approval status: Draft / In Review / Approved / Rejected
3. Projects (Sub-projects)
Create sub-projects here to further structure your production.
A sub-project works just like a regular project. It can contain other sub-projects, scenes, and renders.

Sort
Filter: Active / Archived
Search
Each project acts like a folder to help categorize your work. It groups all related sub-projects, scenes, and renders in one place.
Bulk actions
In each tab (Scenes, Renders, Projects), you can select multiple items at once to perform bulk actions:
Scenes: archive or move
Renders: download or archive
Projects: delete

Use bookmarks to quickly access your favorite projects from the sidebar.
Organize projects using subfolders to stay clear and structured—especially if you manage multiple brands, product lines, or teams.
Filter renders by approval status to keep track of project progress at a glance.
