To get a 3D Artist to model your product in 3D, go to this article to find out how to place an order.
The 3D product is ready!
As soon as the product is modelled by our 3D Artists, you will receive photos to check and validate its modelling.
Step 1: Go to the order tab
In the left-hand menu :
Go to the "product" tab
Click on "order" at top right
Filter by “To be validated"
Click on the product you wish to validate
Several visuals are presented for the same product from different angles.
The product is identical in each render.
The light used on all renders is the same.
Only the background color changes between light and dark to help you visualize your model in any environment.
Step 2: Validate the 3D model
Go to the "product" tab, then
Filter “To be validated"
Click on the “To be validated” model (see photo below)
Click on “Validate” in the top right-hand corner of your visuals
Select the version to be validated
Confirm version validation by clicking on “Validate”.
The 3D model will then be made available in your Omi space within 5 to 10 minutes.
⚠️ Please note that once the 3D model has been validated, it is possible to modify the label of your product at an additional cost. However, all other modification requests will require a new order.
