To get a 3D Artist to model your product in 3D, go to this article to find out how to place an order.

The 3D model is ready!

As soon as the product is modelled by our 3D Artists, you will receive photos of the model from different angles to check it. Once it has been checked, you can validate your model (see article on how to validate) or send it back.

In the left-hand menu, go to :

  • Filter by "To be validated"

  • Press "Validate" next to the model.

Rejecting your version and giving feedback

Once you have carefully checked each visual, here are the steps to follow to refuse your version and send feedback to the 3D Artist in charge of your model.

To be able to send feedback, you must reject the version by clicking on Reject in the top right-hand corner of your visuals.

Once refused, this window appears :

  • You can then give feedback directly on your product (see green dots in the photo above)

  • Attach the files you need to modify your 3D model (labels, visual elements)

  • Write your full comments

⚠️ Warning ⚠️

As a reminder, you are entitled to two returns per model. We advise you to be as precise as possible in each of your returns and to validate when the version suits you.

If you want to change your model, you'll need to request a label change. The following article will guide you through this procedure.

EACH VALIDATION IS FINAL! Each additional version you request will be invoiced at €150 (excluding VAT).
