AI Templates are scenes whose backdrop is generated by AI, on the same principle as a ProductDrop scene. You add your Digital Twins, and the AI finalizes their integration (reflections, shadows) at render time.
You can spot them in the Templates section by the stars icon in the top right of the thumbnail.
Create a scene from an AI Template
In the
Templatessection, select an AI Template (stars icon).Choose the project in which to create your scene.
Give your scene a name.
Select the Digital Twin to integrate.
Click
Create scene.
You'll arrive in the Studio with your Digital Twin integrated into the backdrop.
Adjust your Digital Twin's position and add props if needed.
Click
Generatein the top right to launch the render.
What you can (and can't) do
An AI Template's backdrop is a generated image, then converted by Omi into a scene: surfaces are added onto the image so your Digital Twin fits into it. The environment is therefore fixed.
You can: add your Digital Twins, add props, and adjust the position of your Digital Twins in the scene.
You can't: move the camera, change the lighting, change the background or ratio, switch to video mode, or generate via Batch.
💡 During generation, an AI layer finalizes your Digital Twin's integration (reflections, shadows) for a clean render.
⚠️ This AI finalization only happens at render time. The Live preview in the Studio may therefore look incomplete: some details (reflections, shadows) will only appear on the generated render.
