How to create your brand kit?

Learn how to create your brand kit in a few seconds.

Written by Sunil Vyas

The brand kit lets you easily customize your creations in Omi by adding the essential elements of your visual identity. It's also useful in post-production: check that your renders comply with your brand guidelines, or add your logo directly onto the final visual. It consists of several elements:

  • Fonts

  • Colors

  • Files

    • Logo

    • Brand kit

    • Brand guidelines

    • Miscellaneous

To access the brand kit settings:

  1. Click the menu in the top left corner.

  2. Select Organization settings.

  3. Go to the Teams tab.

  4. Click Manage → to the right of the relevant team.

  5. Scroll down to the Brand kit section.

  6. Click Create a brand kit.

Using AI to import from your website

When creating your brand kit, you can enter your website URL then click AI Analysis. Omi automatically analyzes your site and retrieves:

  • Your main colors

  • Your logos

  • The names of your fonts

⚠️ Fonts are only detected: only their names are filled in. To use them in your creations, you will need to upload them manually by clicking the + button next to each font.

Once the analysis is complete, you can edit or add to the detected elements before clicking Save.

Manually adjusting your kit

After the AI analysis of your site (or if you prefer to proceed manually), you can add your colors, fonts and files.

Adding colors

  1. Click Add a color +.

  2. Adjust the color manually or enter a HEX or RGB code.

  3. Click Save color.

These colors will then be accessible directly in the Studio and can be applied to several elements in your scenes:

Adding fonts

  1. Click Add a font +.

  2. Select your file. Accepted formats are: .ttf, .otf, .woff and .woff2.

To learn how to add text to your renders, see this article.

Adding files

  1. Click the button to add a file and select it from your computer.

  2. In the selector, choose the file type:

    • Logo

    • Brand kit

    • Brand guidelines

    • Miscellaneous

  3. Click Submit.

Logos can be added to your renders in post-production (more info in this article).

Brand guidelines can be used to evaluate your renders via AI (more info in this article).

Once all your elements are added, click Save to finalize your brand kit.
