The Basic scene and its specific features

This article explains the specific features of the Basic scene.

Written by Laurie Felicio

In the Templates gallery, under the Start from Zero category, select the Basic scene.

Unlike the Two Planes Template, the Basic Template has a single curved background, so there is no clear separation between the wall and the floor.

We recommend using this scene for colorful Digital Twin packshots.

⚠️ Please note that the following backgrounds should not be used in this scene:

  • 360° Photos

  • Pexels

  • Custom Image

Create a colorful Digital Twin packshot

  1. Select the Basic scene.

  2. Place your Digital Twin in the scene. To help you position it correctly, you can display the Grid.

💡Omi Tips

The closer you place your Digital Twin to the camera, the more focused it will be.

3. Click on the scene background to change its color, then select Color to choose the desired color.

  1. Adjust the light to suit your needs. The lights in the Masks category may be particularly useful with this Template.

💡Omi Tips

You can also use Advanced Lights to achieve the desired result.

And there you have it!
