If a free trial is in progress
There's no need to cancel a free trial, as it will automatically expire after 15 days. There is no billing in this case.
If a subscription is active
Connect to your Omi account
Click on the three-line icon (
) in the top left cornerSelect
"Organization Settings"In the Billing section, click "
Manage Subscription"Select a reason for cancellation
Click "
Cancel my plan"
As a reminder, with Omi, you are engaged for one year from the date of your subscription. Payments can be made in monthly installments, but the commitment is for the full year. Cancellations take effect at the end of the 12-month term, and mid-term cancellations are not permitted under standard terms.
