There's no need to cancel a free trial, as it will automatically expire after 15 days. There is no billing in this case.
If a subscription is active
Connect to your Omi account
Click on the three-line icon (
) in the top left cornerSelect
"Organization Settings"In the Billing section, click "
Manage Subscription"Select a reason for cancellation
Click "
Cancel my plan"
As a reminder, with Omi, you are engaged for one year from the date of your subscription. Therefore, your subscription will remain active until the end of the period.
