Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund

If a free trial is in progress

There's no need to cancel a free trial, as it will automatically expire after 15 days. There is no billing in this case.

If a subscription is active

  • Connect to your Omi account

  • Click on your Account Profile on the top left corner

  • Select "Organization Settings"

  • On the "Plan" section, click on "Cancel subscription"

As a reminder, with Omi, you are engaged for a period of one year from the date of your subscription. Therefore, your subscription will remain active until the end of the period.
