If a free trial is in progress
There's no need to cancel a free trial, as it will automatically expire after 15 days. There is no billing in this case.
If a subscription is active
Connect to your Omi account
Click on your Account Profile on the top left corner
Select
"Organization Settings"
On the
"Plan"section, click on"Cancel subscription"
As a reminder, with Omi, you are engaged for a period of one year from the date of your subscription. Therefore, your subscription will remain active until the end of the period.
