Integrating the 3D Viewer
Here's how to insert the 3D Viewer on your product pages. Follow the guide!
Step 1: Make sure your product is modelized
To activate the 3D Viewer, your product(s) must first be modelized.
Step 2: Subscribe to the 3D Viewer option
To subscribe to the 3D Viewer option, contact your account manager or reach out to us at support@omi.so, we'll work together to find the right plan for your needs.
Step 3: Create your 3D Viewer
The Omi team is getting ready! Once the add-on has been activated, our team will contact you by e-mail to determine your accurate needs:
The type of 3D Viewer you want:
Photo Viewer
3D Viewer
Products concerned:
Option 1: You wish to activate the 3D Viewer on all your products.
Option 2: You wish to activate the 3D Viewer on certain products only.
Once these details have been provided, our team will create the 3D Viewer for the products concerned!
Step 4: Integrate your 3D Viewer into your site
That's it, your viewer is ready!
To start your integration, you need to create an API key. Simply follow the steps below to obtain one:
Return to your Omi space
Click on "3D Viewer" section, in the “Manage” section on the left menue
You will now find the products on which you have activated the 3D Viewer option.
To integrate your viewer into your site, select the relevant product, then click on "Integrate" and then the "Copy code" button:
This crucial step will enable your website to access the Omi 360 Viewer functionality.
Protect your API key: Once you've successfully created your API key, it's essential to store it in a safe place. This key will be essential in the subsequent integration steps, so make sure it's easily accessible in case of need.
