To follow the progress of your product modeling:
Log in to your Omi workspace.
Go to the
Productspage from the left-hand menu.At the top right of the page, click on
Orders
Your modelings are divided into several categories:
🔍 Review
Modelings awaiting your review.
🛠 Issues
Modelings that require your input to move forward.
⏳ In progress
Modelings currently in production.
🕓 Not started
Modelings that haven’t been launched yet.
✅ Validated
Medelings completed, validated, and available in your account.
🗑️ Archived
Modelings or orders that have been archived.
💡 Customize the column display by clicking on the “Display” button at the top right.
View a modeling
Clicking on a modeling opens a detailed page organized into 3 tabs:
Brief: All the information you provided when placing the order (description, shared files, etc.).
Timeline: The step-by-step timeline of the modeling process.
Issues: Any blockers that require your action.
Approve or reject a modeling
If a modeling is in Review status, you can:
View and download the validation renders
Approve or reject the modeling.
Resolve a modeling issue
If a modeling appears under Issues:
Click on the relevant modeling
Go to the
IssuestabReview the problem details and respond using:
A text input field
A file upload field (if needed)
Other useful info at the top of the page:
🔎 A search bar helps you quickly locate a specific order.
✅ A counter shows how many modelings you’ve ordered and how many are remaining in your license.
👤 A filter allows you to display only your orders, hiding those from your teammates.
