Do you want to update a product's artworks without starting the modeling process all over again? Then you've come to the right place! Follow the instructions in this article to guide you through the process.
Any modification involves a 3D artist, but updating labels is faster because it doesn't require starting from scratch (turnaround time of about one week).
This service incurs a fee of €100 (excl. VAT) per modification, unless you have the 'Unlimited artwork' add on, in which case no fee applies.
How to change the artwork on my Digital Twin:
1. Click on Digital Twins
2. Then click on Add Digital twin, right here : 👇
3. Then, click on Edit 👇
4. Choose the Digital twin you wish to modify, then click Next :👇
5. Share with us your essential guidelines and tips for the modification of your product with its new artwork, here: 👇
6. Add the new artwork(s) in the dedicated space 👇

7. Click Next to confirm your changes👇
8. Check your artwork modification summary, then click on Update product+👇
9. Your product now appears in your basket.
Check the box to accept the terms and conditions then Press Continue to validate it👇
