Once a Digital Twin has been modeled, you can modify its artwork on Omi. The change is handled by a 3D artist, but it's faster than a full remodel since it doesn't start from scratch (turnaround time of about one week).
⚠️ This service costs €100 (excl. VAT) per modification, unless you have the Unlimited artwork add-on, in which case it's free.
How to change the artwork on my Digital Twin:
1. Click on Digital Twins
2. Then click on Add Digital twin
3. Then, click on Edit 👇
4. Choose the Digital twin you want to modify, then click Next
5. Share your guidelines for the new artwork.
6. Add the new artwork(s) in the dedicated space 👇

7. Click Next to confirm your changes👇
8. Check your artwork modification summary, then click on Add Order Item to Order+👇
9. Your product now appears in your basket.
Check the box to accept the terms and conditions then Press Continue to validate it👇
Your artwork modification request is now with our 3D artists.
💡 If you update artwork regularly, the Unlimited artwork option removes the fee for each change.
