Your invoices are available to download from your Omi space.
In the left-hand menu of the Omi home page, follow the step by step below:
Click on the three-line icon (
) in the top left cornerSelect
Organization SettingsIn the
Billingsection, scroll down to History.Click the cloud icon to the right of the invoice you want to download.
On the next screen, click on
Download receiptto obtain your invoice in PDF format
⚠️ If your invoice is too old, an error message may appear asking for the email address used for billing at the time the invoice was issued. If you no longer have access to that email address, contact us via the chat support or by email at support@omi.so.
